The Cinch diet

So I’ve decided I need to detox my body and do a safe cleanse/fast. After reading about this 5 day fast I think I can do it. You can eat spinach, almonds, organic eggs and rasberries. In organized portions every 3-5 hours.
I like this one cause I can eat, unlike other fasts which you can’t eat at all. This ones suppose to get rid of inflammation too which…sorry if this is TMI but I do have although I happily maintain a low carb, sugar free lifestyle on a daily basis. I think its time for a break and see what happens. Plus you can loose up to 8lbs which is nice since I don’t fit like I’d like too in my jeans.
