Sweet potato chips
Last night I made sweet potato chips!! They are sooooo good and easy to make.
One sweet potato, unpeeled and uncooked.
Preheat oven to 400* degrees
Chop yams really thin. No more than 1/8 inch.
Lightly sprinkle with olive oil and lay in a pan. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Remove when light brown, about 15 minutes.
Don’t do what I did and cut them too thick and think you can broil them on hi. Cause that will cause you to burn them. And don’t put them in the food dehydrater cause they will be way too hard to crunch. Cause they were too thick to begin with. A food processor would chop best.
Yummy!!! Guilt free my kids love them!!!
