Granola bars


Here’s an easy, guilt free recipe. That is also allergy free too! Perfect for my allergic-to-everything-family. Even my husband likes these. Substitute were needed.

1/2 c dairy free margarine
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 cups quick oats
1c coconut flakes
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
If u want add dairy free chips 1/2 cup
I add flax seed about 1/4 c
Top off with cinnamon

In a saucepan heat margarine, and sugars till boiling. Stirring continuously. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased cookie sheet. They will spread when cooked. Cook at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut and store in an air tight container.
