Cornbread (gluten-free)

1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup gluten free flour
3/4 tsp xanthan gum
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup rice milk
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400 degree. Mix together, grease loaf pan and pour inside. Bake 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test
