Oatmeal raisin muffins (sugar-free, milk-free, gluten-free)

2/3 cup of cooked Brown rice
1/3 cup of steel cut oats ( or gluten-free oats)
1/4 cup raisins
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup soy or coconut yogurt
1/4 cup flaxseeds, ground
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
I threw in a dash of sunflower seeds too- optional

Preheat 300 degrees, mix all together,
Soon into greased muffin cups ( trust me they will stick). Bake 20 minutes or until Brown and pass a toothpick test.
Cool for 5 minutes than remove from tray and cool on wire rack.

I love these they are so yummy and make your house smell so good for days!
