Hummos

Beans, beans the magic fruit! …. Lol okay here’s the recipe

2 garlic cloves peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 16 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini

I threw everything into my food processor and blended till it was thick and creamy. I added more olive oil as I went and some salt here and there till it was just right!

I threw some whole garbanzo beans on top for decoration or chives and mint from my garden

I was so proud of myself for making it!!! It is way cheaper than the store and tastes better and doesn’t hurt my stomach.
