Gluten-free, egg-free Nilla wafers!!

Boy are these a hit!!! And so easy!!!!

2 1/2 cups oat flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vanilla extract

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Mix together till nice and blended. Place tsp size doughs on a cooking tray that has parchment paper on it.
Cook 6 minutes turn pan, cook for 6 more or till Brown.
Let cool on parchment paper for 15 minutes before removing.
