Gluten-free, soy-free & vegan hamburger buns!

Finally!!!!! After a long, LONG search for the best bread recipe. I have found one!!!!
Of course I had to.change it a bit to make it allergy free.
1 1/2 tsp gluten free active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cups of gluten-free flour (see my homemade gluten free flour recipe)
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp agar agar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp earths balance, soy free spread, butter replacement
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp vinegar
Separately mix 1 cup warm water with 3 Tbsp ground flaxseed. Let it sit for 5 minutes so it will get thick.
Mix all the ingredients together than mix the flaxseed mix in. The dough will be SOOOOOO SLIMY!!! And wet, don’t panic this is normal!! Take your baking pan, line with parchment paper and roll dough into balls. Cover and put in a dark place for 30 minutes. Or overnight like I do and that way you can have fresh warm bread in the morning!!! Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Let cool, slice and enjoy!!
