Quinoa salad


I just finally opened up my quinoa! I added the last bits of rice I had, which you don’t have to do.

I cup quinoa cooked, (cooks like rice, read package for details)

1 15oz can of kidney beans or black beans

2 Tbsp olive oil and lemon juice

1/8 cup flaxseeds milled ans ground

1/4 cup cilantro, fresh is best cause dried will leave a different aftertaste than fresh

2 tomatos chopped

1 cup sweet peas

After you cook your quinoa, place into salad bowl, it will be hot!!!! Mix all ingredients together and serve! Refrigerate leftovers, they taste really good a day old!!!
