Coconut and flax cereal
This quick invention came to me when I wanted something sweet but healthy.
So I grabbed ;
A bowl Bakers shredded coconut Coconut milk
Ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
Pour about 1/4 cup of seeds into the bowl, add 2/4 cup shredded coconut. Pour the milk ontop, just enough reach almost the top. Don’t drown them like u would cereal for reals. Just wet enough for the seeds to spread and get thicker.
Mix, make sure it’s all wet! Add dashes of cinnamon ontop! Let sit for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
Yummy! This is really much yummier than the picture!
****Idea tip: add a scoop of protein powder for extra healthiness!!!
