So the other day I got into this bind. I was trying a new recipe out and it asked for sorghum and teff flour. My mentality is if I can’t make it, I won’t buy it! So it forced me to dig deep and figure out a replacement. Since my kitchen mill won’t mill quinoa I grabbed my handy dandy espresso/ spice grinder and went to work!
Quinoa flour gave everything a very nutty and buttery flavor! Yum!!!! And its amazing for you!
And you can too!!!!! It’s very inexpensive and works great for oat flour, quinoa flour and even coconut flour!!!! Don’t buy it make it!
