Gluten-free, vegan lunchables!
One of the things Lelo REALLY missed when we went gluten-free was lunchables. So I figured it out the healthy way!
First you need: gluten free, rice crackers
Daiya cheese; FYI its delicious and totally allergy free in every soy, dairy, nut, peanut, gluten kind of way! We were very impressed!
And preservative free deli meat; no one wants to eat cancer causing agents…blah! No thanks however if you use this…it makes it NON VEGAN
Lay out your crackers, chop up your deli meat, and sprinkle some cheese…Mmmmmmmmmm a perfect snack or even school lunch!
