Gluten-free pizza crust


This is really simple and yummy!!!
If you haven’t gotten your hands on the Welcoming Kitchen book, you should!

4 cups vegetable broth
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups cornmeal
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 425

Mix on stove top broth and salt. Bring to a boil. Slowly stir in cornmeal and mix well. It’s really lumpy so try to get the lumps out.

Lay out on parchment paper, spread 1 tbsp of olive oil around and put the dough ontop. Spread out and coat with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Cook for 25-30 minutes
