No yeast- gluten free, vegan + soy free buns

Boy are these good! They are so good I double the recipe every time because they are practically gone the second I make them. Now at least they last till the next day!

Preheat oven 350 degree

1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup millet flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup corn starch ( if doubling the recipe don’t double this)
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp of your favorite seasoning
2 tsp baking soda

You dont have to but I add 1 tsp of nutritional yeast and a dash of rosemary for good measure!

In a separate cup add 1/4 cup warm water and 1 Tbsp flax meal. Let sit for 5 minutes

Add 2 Tbsp honey or agave
2 Tbsp applesauce
1/2 coconut oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 warm water

Add the water / flax mix

Mix everything together well

Scoop onto parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Until slightly golden on top and springs back when you push it.
Enjoy with coconut butter, jam, lunch meat or plain!!
