Homemade granola


Why buy it! Make it!

2 1/2 cups steel cut oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of chopped dates
1/4 cup of stevia
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup of apple juice
2 tbsp olive oil

Mix together and place I Pyrex dish
Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.  Let cool completely.  Enjoy
