Gluten free batter


What to do with all your leftovers?
Well here’s an easy idea!! That’ll change things up.  We call this our state fair food.
1 cup corn starch
3/4 cup masa corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 baking soda
1/4 xanthan gum
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 1/4 cup coconut milk

Mix together,  the batter will resemble pancake batter.
Grab your turkey left overs, onions (for onion rings), or hot dogs (for corn dogs)

Dip and soak into the batter, lay in a pan that has enough oil to cover your food halfway.
Cook in a nonstick skillet to 350 degrees or until warm enough to cook until golden brown.  Flip until all sides are golden. 
Remove,  cool, enjoy!
