Gluten-free, soy-free, vegan+nut free mini pies!!!

Gluten free mini pies’

These are so cute and fun! I like to make extra ones and freeze them just in case we go to a birthday party and need a sweet treat to bring along! You can fill these with anything from pudding to fruit or jam!

4 cups of GF oat flour (if you run out half way through like i did i substituted the other part with Gluten free flour)
1 tbsp salt
1 3/4 cup of soy free vegetable shortening
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp agave or honey
1/2 cup ice water

after you mix together place in fridge for 1 hour so it can solidify

than preheat oven to 375 degrees, grab your muffin pan, spray or brush with oil and spoon dough into each muffin cup and form into a cup with your fingers. be gentle!

cook for 15 minutes, fill or freeze than enjoy!
