Babycakes NYC gf blondes

Omg these are delicious! ! And easy to make!

1/2 cup garbanzo flour and brown rice flour
1/2 potato starch
1/4 cup arrowroot starch
1 1/4 cup agave or sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup of allergy free chocolate chips

Preheat oven 325 degrees
Grease pans
Pour into muffin tins
Bake center of rack for 9 minutes, rotate 180 degrees for additional 5 minutes until golden brown. You may need to bake them longer to pass toothpick test

Let sit for 10 minutes,  Enjoy!
