Gluten-free, vegan Apple Crisp!
This was all Lelo’s idea! And boy was it a yummy one!!
6 organic apples
1 cup oat flour
1/2 steel cut oats
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 olive oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
And clean, peel and thinly slice those apples!
Next take a Pyrex dish and oil it slightly so the crisp won’t stick. And start stacking and lining the apple’s side by side, layer by layer.
Mix the topping ingredients together in a seperate bowl. And add as a top cover to your apple layers.
Cook for 40 minutes and enjoy!!!!!
